Wednesday, September 1:
Livestock Entries are due. All livestock entries must be made online! Use this link for online entries http://ncadf.fairmanager.com. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after September 20th and late entries will be accessed a double entry fee.

Friday, September 17:
Commercial and Food Vendor rental forms are due.
Miss North Central Arkansas District Fair Queen pageant entries are due.

Monday, September 20:
All Creative Arts Entries are due. Entries may be made online or by paper entry. Use this link for online entries http://ncadf.fairmanager.com. It is recommended that exhibitors use the online entry if they have access to the internet.

Monday, September 27:
Beauty Pageant (age 0-15 years) Entries are due.
12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. – Creative Arts, Educational, and Commercial booths (except Cut Flowers, Food Preparation Baked Items, and Aquaculture) Check-In. (Exhibits must be pre-registered.)
4:00 to 7:00 p.m. -  Dairy Cattle, Goats, Sheep and Rabbits Check-In.
7:00 p.m. – Weigh in Goat and Sheep market Animals.

Tuesday, September 28:
8:30 – 9:00 a.m. – Cut Flowers, Food Preparation Baked Items, and Aquaculture Check-In. Exhibits must be pre-registered.
9:00 a.m. – Sheep Judging (Show Arena).
11:00 a.m. – Rabbit Judging (Poultry Barn).
10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Judging. (Building will be closed for judging!).
12:30 p.m. – Dairy Cattle Judging.
1:00 p.m. – Goat Judging.
6:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Closes.
7:00 p.m. – Rabbit check-out. (All rabbits must be gone by 9:00 p.m.)
8:00 p.m. – Dairy Cattle, Goats and Sheep Check Out.

Wednesday, September 29:
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Creative Arts Exhibit Building open (Cleburne County Hostess).
2:00 to 6:00 p.m. – Poultry Check-In.
4:00 - 7:00 p.m. – Swine Check-In.
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens.
6:00 – 6:30 p.m. – Horses Check-In.
7:00 p.m. – Horse Judging (Show Arena).
7:00 p.m. – Entertainment (Amphitheater) – To be announced.

Thursday, September 30:
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Open (Stone and Fulton County Hostess)
10:00 a.m. – Swine Judging.
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. -  Poultry Judging (Poultry Barn closed for judging.)
4:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Junior Beef Cattle Check-In.
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens.
6:00 p.m. – Beauty Pageants (Amphitheater)
  • Baby Mister: 0-18 months
  • Baby Miss: 0 – 18 months 
  • Tiny Miss: 19 months to 2 years
  • Tiny Mister: 19 months to 2 years
8:00 p.m. – U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association Arkansas Chapter “Mow Down” – Lawn Mower Racing (Motor Sports Track) .  New Event!!
8:00 p.m.  - Swine Check-Out or at conclusion of show.

Friday, October 1:
9:00 a.m. –Youth Day Contests.
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Open (Izard County Hostess)
1:00 p.m. – Youth Day Awards Presentation.
2:00 p.m. – Junior Beef Showmanship Contest. (“Blow-n-Go” NO adhesives permitted. Disqualified if adhesives are detected by judge)
3:00 p.m. – Open Beef Cattle Check-In. 
5:00 p.m. or at Conclusion of Jr. Beef Showmanship – Open Beef Cattle Judging.
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens
6:00 p.m. – Beauty Pageants (Amphitheater)
  • Little Miss: 3 to 5 years
  • Petite Miss: 6 to 9 years
  • Young Miss: 10 to 12 years
  • Junior Miss: 13 to 15 years
7:00 p.m. – M0-Ark Truck Pulling Association Sanctioned Pull. New Event
8:00 p.m. – Rodeo (Arena)

Saturday, October 2:
8:00 a.m. – “Best of the Best” Showmanship Contest – Rules and Selection. (Show Arena)
9:00 a.m. – “Best of the Best” Showmanship Contest (Show Arena).
10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibit Building Open (Sharp and Van Buren County Hostess)
11:00 a.m. – Miss North Central Arkansas District Fair Queen Contestants Check-in with Directors at Ozarka College, John E. Miller Auditorium.
11:00 a.m.– Junior Beef Cattle Show.
11:00 a.m. – Mayor’s Cookie Jar Live Auction (Show Arena) – To be Held During Junior Beef  Show.
12:00 noon – Tri-County Cattlemen’s Assoc. Junior Exhibitors Luncheon
1:00 p.m. – Miss North Central Arkansas District Fair Queen Contest at Ozarka College John E. Miller Auditorium.
4:00 p.m.– Talent Contest (Amphitheater)
6:00 p.m.  – Fun Time Shows Carnival Opens
7:00 p.m. – Poultry Check-Out. (All poultry must be gone by 9:00 p.m.)
8:00 p.m. – Rodeo (Arena)
8:00 p.m. – All remaining livestock released.

Sunday, October 3:
2:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Creative Arts Exhibits and Educational Booths Check-Out.  (Building will not be open until 2:00 p.m.)
